What To Expect...

 

Your Session.....Whether in our studio or on location we want your session to be an enjoyable experience. We will always allow enough time for clothing changes or to feed

or change baby. We never overbook and want you and your family to be relaxed and comfortable so Sarah can capture that on camera.

 

Your Proofs...Approximately two weeks after your portrait session you will receive an e-mail with a link to your online viewing gallery. You may order directly from this gallery and we encourage you to share it with family and friends interested in placing an order. You order must be placed within two weeks of the date you receive your gallery at which time the gallery will expire. I also encourage you to book an ordering session at the studio.  I can help you narrow down your favorite images and choose portraits for your home and family. 

 

Your Portrait Order...Once your order is placed we do require at 50% deposit before we begin processing your order. The balance must be paid when your order is picked up in

our studio or before we can ship your order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for completed portrait orders. Orders requiring framing will be completed in 5 to 6 weeks. Please keep these ordering timeframes in mind when placing orders for special occasions.

 

Gift Certificates...We offer gift certificates for session fees and portrait packages as well as our Maternity & Newborn Package and our Baby Plan Package. These make fabulous shower and/or new baby gifts!!

 

Other Info...We understand at times you may need to reschedule or cancel your session. Please allow 24-48 hours notice when possible.We accept your personal check, cash, and American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover as our payment methods.  If you need to change or cancel a portrait order you must contact us within 24 hours of the order being received. After 24 hours all orders are considered final and may not be changed.  All Wisconsin orders will be charged 5.5% state and local sales tax on final orders.
